Patna High Court MJC No.787 of 2025(4) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 and others) by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Roy whereby and whereunder the Hon'ble Court directed the petitioner to file representation before the District Magistrate cum Collector, Saran at Chapra and the said opposite party is duty bound to dispose it of after getting reports from the concerned respondents within a period of six months thereafter."
