JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-10-2024 This writ application has been filed for commanding respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to consider her application for the post of Aalim at Madarsa Islamia Nawabganj.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to Advertisement dated 28.07.2021 circulated in daily

Patna High Court CWJC No.4079 of 2024(2) dt.22-10-2024 2/2 newspaper Farooqui Tanzeem edition under the signature of Respondent No. 4, petitioner applied for the aforesaid post but there was irregularity in the selection process and despite having required qualifications, petitioner has not been appointed on the post of Aalim till date.

3. In view of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, petitioner is directed to file detailed representation before the Chairman, Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Apex Tower, Haroon Nagar, Sector 2, Phulwarisharif, Patna (Respondent No. 2) within a period of three months from today.

4. If such representation is filed within the stipulated time period, the same shall be disposed of after hearing all the parties including this petitioner, by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.

5. This writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
