In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Belchhi P.S. Case No.44 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 353 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that on 25.09.2016 the police got information that 30-40 persons entered into the campus of the police station and destroyed some records. They were anger dues to an incident which happened one day before in which a co-accused Priya Ranjan @ Monu was caught by the police in vehicle checking. It is also alleged that police resorted to lathi charge for controlling the situation and also made a video-

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits save and except omnibus allegation nothing specific has been mentioned against the petitioners. He further submits that other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. Looking to the nature of allegation, let the abovenamed petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Barh, in connection with Belchhi P.S. Case No.44 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
