2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 225 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, who is the brother of the deceased, is the informant of the present case. During the course of investigation, the petitioner allegedly made a self-inculpatory statement stating that he had killed the deceased. He is in custody since 08.08.2025.

4. Considering the nature of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
