JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2016 Today a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Opposite party No.2, stating therein that the petitioners are involved in more criminal cases than what has been disclosed in paragraph 3 of the application seeking anticipatory bail. Let the same be kept on record.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Vaishali at Hajipur Complaint Case No. 3557 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 302, 364,201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
