The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 111 of 2017 arising out of Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 301 of 2016 registered under Sections 414, 412, 420 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner had prayed for bail vide Criminal Misc. No. 23152 of 2017, but the same was dismissed as withdrawn on 17.05.2017. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2016 and similarly situated co-accused, Punnu @ Keshav Singh @

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6367 of 2018 (2) dt.07-02-2018 Punnu Kumar Singh, has already been granted privilege of bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.12.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 56850 of 2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge IX, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 111 of 2017, arising out of Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 301 of 2016.
