The petitioner seeks bail in Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 127 of 2016, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that informant got information on his Mobile that his daughter has been burnt to death. He went to sasural of his daughter and saw his daughter dead having burn injury over her body. The informant has raised suspicion that she was burnt to death by her husband and his other family members.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is brother of husband of the deceased and both are living separately, in support of which, petitioner has enclosed

Petitioner is in custody since 19.9.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Ashok Kumar Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S.
