The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 258 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The marriage was solemnized in the year 2018. The deceased was pregnant carrying a foetus around 7-8 months. Though the postmortem report does not support the case of prosecution but the way the postmortem report has been written by the doctor creates suspicion.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this regular bail application is dismissed.
