2. This application has been field for quashing of F.I.R vide Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 314 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Mr. Saket Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15143 of 2023(3) dt.25-07-2023 2/2 and Mr. Yugal Kishore, learned counsel for the informant have jointly submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there are security cheques received by him from the M/s meril HealthCare Private Limited shall be returned to the Opposite Party No. 2.

5. Any cheque issued by the Opposite Party No. 2 in favour of the said company shall not be used by the petitioner in any form including the criminal cases in future with effect from the date of settlement between the parties.

6. In view of the settlement between the parties, the F.I.R vide Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 314 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and all consequential proceedings arising out of aforesaid F.I.R are hereby quashed in the interest of justice.
