JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is accused in Excise Case No. 26/2017 arising out of Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017 for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Earlier the petitioner was granted provisional bail to attend the marriage in the family vide order dated 1.6.2017. The petitioner in compliance of the order dated 1.6.2017 surrendered in the Court below and submitted necessary certificate to that effect. Considering the conduct of the petitioner during the period of grant of provisional bail and also considering the period of custody in a case under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
