The petitioner is in custody in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 186 of 2020 registered for the offence under 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner, above-named, is in custody since 10.10.2021, he is directed to be released on bail after framing of charge or on completion of one year in custody whichever is later on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise Court No. II, Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 186 of 2020, subject to the condition that bailors should be blood relations of the petitioner.
