The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ariyari (Kasar) P.S. Case No.132 of 2017, a case under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2017.

Allegation is that a live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with
