Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No.244 of 2016, registered under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the accused persons kidnapped the son of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that there is previous enmity with the petitioner, so the informant has falsely implicated him in this case, the son of the informant himself turned up after two days and statement was recorded but the FIR was lodged five days after and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent except one case earlier instituted by the

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Taukir Alam @ Md. Taukir @ Md. Takir is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Araria in connection with Palasi P.S.
