Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Accusation against the petitioners are causing repeated injury with knife to the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that injury has been found to be simple in nature and in the background of land dispute accusation has been levelled.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15076 of 2016 (2) dt.12-04-2016 learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Fathua P.S. Case No. 383 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna.
