JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with NDPS Case No. 7 of 2016 arising out of Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 20(B)(II) (C) and 22(C) of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the trial of the case is still going on and has not been concluded Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 02.09.2016 and the trial of the case is not expected to be concluded in near future.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43784 of 2017(3) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judged Vith, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with NDPS Case No. 7 of 2016 arising out of Udwantnagar P.S.
