The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is contended that as per allegation, 4.5 quintals of mahua flower were recovered from the tempo which was being driven by the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 14.05.2017.
