The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the police report submitted before the Magistrate under Section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Muzaffarpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 58 of 2014.

It is an admitted position that pursuant to institution of an F.I.R., the police investigated the case and on completion of investigation, a report has been filed before the Magistrate. At this

No.19819 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2015 2 / 2 stage, I am not inclined to entertain the application, as it is for the Magistrate concerned to take a view upon the police report submitted before him on the basis of materials available on record. In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of as not maintainable.
