2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 308, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., the allegation on the petitioner that he along with other co-accused assaulted the informant side.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Injury was found to be simple in nature. Similarly situated co-accused have already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 83719 of 2023. Petitioner has got one criminal

5. Learned APP for the State has opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of injury and admitted land dispute between the parties, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/ successor Court in connection with Rupauli (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 121/2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Guddu/- U
