The petitioner has been in custody since 02.12.2017 in connection with Dehri (Dalmiya Nagar) P.S. Case No. 996/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries are his own utensils of daily use and only out of vendetta, the present petitioner has been taken into custody. He further submits that the seizure-list was prepared and the petitioner's wife was herself made to attest the seizure-list. Considering the nature of allegations made, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5716 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, in connection with Dehri (Dalmiya Nagar) P.S. Case No. 996/2017.
