JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-03-2021 In view of the specific statement made in para-3 of the review application, the Court does not find any merit in the review petition. Para-3 of the review application is quoted below as follows:- "3. That instant CWJC No. 3647 of 2021 was heard by Yourlordship on 05.02.2021 and direction was given to the respondent authority to file counter affidavit and further, Yourlordship was pleased to grant "status-quo as of today shall be maintained".

The prayer for making further submission is unsustainable under the law.
The review petition is, thus, devoid of any merit. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
