2. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to make a suitable representation to the Respondent-BIADA within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being given, the authority shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass necessary orders. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the representation from the petitioner. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

3. With the above observation, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
