2. The present application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 25.05.2022 passed by learned Sub-Judge-I, Ara (Bhojpur) in Title Suit No. 06 of 2019, whereby the application filed by the petitioners under Order 6 Rule 7 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been rejected and the amendment sought for by the petitioners in the plaint has been disallowed.

3. The amendment sought for by the petitioners does not change the nature of the suit and the same is being allowed in view of the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Life Insurance Corporation of India v. Sanjeev Builders Private Limited AIR 2022, SCC 4256.
