2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Vijayepur P.S. Case No.25 of 2024 under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against 10 named accused persons including the petitioners against whom there is allegation that all accused persons have surrounded the informant's house and started abusing. The allegation against co-accused, namely, Prabhu Thakur is to assault on the head of the informant due to which injury has

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. He submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that both informant and petitioners belong to the same village and they are well known to each other and only due to land dispute, the scuffling took place between them.
5. Counsel also submits that petitioners' antecedent are clean. The only specific allegation is against co-accused, namely Prabhu Thakur and rest others, there is general and omnibus allegation against them.
6. Counsel further submits that two co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 06.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.76666 of 2024.
7. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and petitioner's antecedent are clean.
8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioners above named, be granted bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand)
