This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to bifurcate the award prepared in the name of Bhulan Mehta, father of the petitioners, with respect to the lands acquired for BRBCL Project under Land Acquisition Case No. 44/12-13 and Land Acquisition Case No. 7/10-11 situated in Village Khikatia P.S. Navi Nagar (NTPC) Khaira District Aurangabad without giving any notice or any chance to file objection to the father of the petitioners.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5661 of 2016(2) dt.04-12-2023 2/2 petitioners requests for disposal of the writ application granting liberty to the petitioners to file fresh representation before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Aurangabad (Respondent No. 4).

4. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that, in the event such representation is filed by the petitioners, the authority concerned is directed to dispose of the same after hearing the parties in accordance with law, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.

5. With the above observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
