This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 419 of 2017 for offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation, in brief, is that the petitioner has opened a financial service company in the name of Evergreen Multi State Credit Financial Services Society Ltd. He appointed the informant and many persons for taking security money of Rs.16,000/- and he got deposits of many persons, but, when maturity period came, money of the depositors were misappropriated. It is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2017 and charge sheet has been submitted. Learned counsel for the State submits that lakhs of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6125 of 2018(3) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 money of depositors have been misappropriated by the petitioner.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. (Arun Kumar, J) Shamshad/- U T
