2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment, as Panchayat Teacher, on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner was appointed, as Panchayat Teacher, after investigation of all his educational certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same have been declared as forged and fabricated without proper verification or giving any notice to the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner has already been terminated from service

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19823 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 vide Letter No. 1064 dated 13.12.2021 issued by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P. S. Case No. 532 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

7. It is made clear that learned court below shall verify from the concerned authorities as to whether this petitioner has resigned from the service or not. If the submission made on behalf of the petitioner is found false, then learned court below is at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
