2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 497 of 2022 arising out of Barsoi P.S. Case No. 118 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 448, 341, 323, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. In the trial Court, the case if fixed for argument.

5. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to conclude the trial of the case at the earliest.
