2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.8.2014 granting bail to the petitioner, inter alia, subject to the condition that the petitioner would deposit a sum of Rs.1500/- per month regularly for the benefit of the opposite party no.2.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite party no.2 has solemnized second marriage with one Bambholi Mandal.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission of the petitioner, a report was called for by this Court. It is now reported that the opposite party no.2 has not solemnized second marriage.

5. In the above view of the matter, the petition is devoid of merit and is dismissed as such.
