2. The present application has been filed for cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Party No. 2 vide order dated 25.05.2018 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Gaya, in A.B.P. No. 1293 of 2018, arising out of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 458 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No. 2 submits that the trial in the aforesaid case is at the verge of conclusion.
4. Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties and taking into account the fact that the present proceeding arises out of a matrimonial dispute, this Court is not inclined to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Party No. 2.
5. Accordingly, the present application stands dismissed.
6. However, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and make all endeavours to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The learned Trial Court shall submit a compliance report before this Court upon expiry of the aforesaid period.
7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Gaya through FAX/e-mail for compliance.
