Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.
An FIR of the murder of the husband of the informant is against unknown. Soon after hearing the sound of firing, the informant reached at the place, she raised no suspicion against anyone. During course of investigation, on the basis of information of the spy of the police, that the petitioner was seen near the place of occurrence, petitioner has been implicated in this case.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7610 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.221 of 2010 arising out of Bettiah Mufasill Police Station Case No.326 of 2009, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
