2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 177/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and one Amit Dubey are the assailants of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that he has two criminal antecedents in which he is on bail and he is in custody since 05.01.2026. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14273 of 2026(3) dt.23-06-2026 2/2 for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner is one of the assailants of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is delayed by the prosecution.
