The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ayer P. S. Case No. 62 of 2017, registered under Sections 304 (B)/201 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the informant's daughter was firstly married to the petitioner's elder brother and after his death, she was married with the petitioner in the year, 2011 and after five years of marriage he started demanding money. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant's daughter was married to the petitioner's elder brother twenty years back but after the death of his elder brother, on humanitarian ground the petitioner married with her. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12837 of 2018 (2) dt.05-03-2018 2/2 accidental death of the informant's daughter. It is submitted that the investigation is complete and the petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- VII, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Ayer P.S.Case No. 62 of 2017.
