Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is under suspicion to have stolen away mobile from the shop of the informant.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2017. Nothing was recovered from his possession or from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees
