JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 761 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 307, 385 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to local politics and land
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14966 of 2022(7) dt.02-02-2023 2/2 dispute. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners.
Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 761 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
