That by this writ application the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble Court to consider and make payment of difference of arrear of salary from 1.6.2002 to 2.12.2006 and also from 7th August, 2007 to 19.6.2014 in the light of the decision taken by the State Government under the Bihar Litigation Policy in similarly situated employee and the petitioner further prayed to grant all consequential benefits of Service including continuity of Service."
