JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 08-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through virtual court proceeding. In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020 registered for offences under sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code. From the F.I.R., it appears that the accused persons have committed theft of submersible pump which was recovered and the name of the present petitioner has transpired during investigation to be involved in such offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 8.1.2020. He further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the petitioner. Case No. 06 of 2020.
