1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) For a direction to provide the salary from the date of joining i.e. 03.08.2022 to 14.02.2023 with statutory interest.

(II) For a direction to provide the amount of Provident Fund, Gratuity or any other deducted amount from salary etc. with statutory interest."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4795 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 respondent no.5 i.e. the District Magistrate-Cum-Collector-Cum District Panchayati Raj Padadhikari, Madhubani, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the District MagistrateCum-Collector-Cum District Panchayati Raj Padadhikari, Madhubani, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
