Case No. 82 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 341 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the D. P. Act.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that the marriage of the informant Kiran Devi was solemnized with the petitioner on 19.04.2012 with presentation of cash and kinds. Thereafter, when she went to her matrimonial home, her husband-petitioner including her other in-laws demanded a motorcycle and cash Rs. 50,000/-. Her father showed inability to full their demands though gave Rs. 5,000/- twice to them. After assault she was ousted from her matrimonial home on 18.06.2014 and an attempt was also

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is said to be the husband of the informant. Further it is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit amount of Rs. 1,000/- each month in the court below which may be released in favour of the informant.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the same, the petitioner is directed to deposit amount of Rs. 1,000/- each month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the informant, let the above named, petitioner, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today in connection with Karza P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M.,(West), Muzaffarpur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
