2. This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 29.07.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd Madhepura in Session Trial No. 276 of 2019, arising out of Murliganj Police Station Case No. 195 of 2019 has rejected the application of the petitioner filed under Section 311 Cr.P.C.

3. As per prosecution case, informant Bibha Devi in her written report on 06.06.2019 stated that her sister was being assaulted by her husband, mother-in-law, father-in-law and during alarm she came with her husband to save his sister then the petitioner along with other accused persons started abusing informant's husband and assaulted on head of the informant's husband by bamboo due to which he sustained injury on his

3. No good ground has been raised by learned counsel for the petitioner in support of the application filed under Section 311 Cr.P.C. The grounds which are argued by learned counsel for the petitioner are only with a view to fill up the lacunae which is not permissible in law.
