The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Phulwari (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 120/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 504 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 3(x) SC/ST Act.
The informant made allegation that the petitioner intercepted the pick-up van in which he was carrying gas cylinders.
It is alleged that the petitioner demanded extortion. He also snatched Rs. 1500/- from the pocket of the informant. It is submitted that the petitioner is a bonafide consumer which appears from Annexure-2 of the bail petition. The

No.19472 of 2015 (3) dt.02-07-2015 petitioner had gone for gas cylinder because the same was not delivered in time and for that verbal altercation took place because the petitioner objected and demanded the gas cylinder to distribute in accordance with serial number of the date of registration i.e.05.02.2015.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Phulwari (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 120 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
