Case No.182 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, but seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No.182 of 2018, within a period of four weeks from today and apply for regular bail, however seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to consider the fact that the victim girl, in her statement made under Section 164 of the CrPC before the learned Magistrate, has stated that she has solemnized marriage with the petitioner and a child has also
