2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 108 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to FIR, the accused persons including the petitioner, brutally assaulted the informant's son with lathi, danda, brick-bat, etc. They also assaulted the informant. Later on, his son died in course of treatment.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is previous enmity between the parties and a number of cases and counter cases have been lodged. He has further submitted that due to this enmity, the petitioner has been roped

5. Mr. J.N. Thakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that eye witnesses have supported the occurrence. The accused persons including the petitioner, brutally assaulted the deceased. The petitioner has two criminal antecedents.
6. The post-mortem report shows that bleeding was occurring from both ears of the deceased and a stitch wound was present on his nose, which corroborates the allegation.
7. Presently, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, the same is hereby rejected.
