KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 81 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 423, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he is identifier of two sale deeds which were executed by vendor Ram Bacha Shah in favour of informant, details of which have not been mentioned in the complaint petition and on the basis of forged receipts consideration amount of Rs. 16 lacs and odd was taken from the informant but when he could not get possession over the purchased land he asked the petitioner to refund

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. VI, Siwan, in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 81 of 2017.
