The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498A, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. This is a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is Gotani of the informant. There is general and omnibus nature of allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the

No.14488 of 2019(2) dt.08-03-2019 2/2 date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Parasi Police Station Case No. 41 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
