The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, a total sum of Rs.24 lacs in cash was stolen from the shop of the informant. The informant raises suspicion against this petitioner who had gone there to repair the C.C.T.V. camera.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case only on the basis of an unfounded suspicion. The petitioner has not been identified nor any material has transpired to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 11 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bela P.S. Case no.137 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.
