JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH) 04-04-2022 It is the petitioner's case that Respondent No. 6, who has been elected as Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Ghoswari in the District of Patna, was disqualified to contest the election in terms of her age.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already approached the State Election Commission seeking declaration that Respondent No. 6 was

Learned counsel for the State Election Commission has informed this Court that 08.06.2022 has been fixed as the date for hearing on the petitioner's application seeking declaration in relation to the disqualification of Respondent No. 6 as would be evident from the statement made in paragraph 17 of the writ petition.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with an observation that let the State Election Commission expedite disposal of the petitioner's claim in relation to qualification/disqualification of Respondent No. 6 as Mukhiya of said Gram Panchayat.
