2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
3. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
4. As per the complaint case, allegation against the petitioner is of committing torture and harassment to the complainant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry as a result of which she left her matrimonial house and started living with her parents.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order of learned court below, petitioner went to the paternal house of the complainant and brought her back along with the children. At present, both the parties are residing together as husband and wife in matrimonial house.

In view of the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Tr. No. 2286 of 2023 arising out of Complaint Case No. 982 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
