ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2017 in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No.24 of 2010 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 435, 427, 386 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act and Section 10 of Unlawful Activities Prevention Amendment Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly, the F.I.R. was lodged against 20-25 unknown persons but not against this petitioner. It is further submitted that only on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by co-accused Kedar Yadav, that the petitioner's name has surfaced. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Rafiganj P.S.
