JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-05-2016 It has been contended that though the present writ application was filed for quashing the police investigation in Bikram P. S. Case No. 224 of 2014 registered under Sections 419, 420 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, during the pendency of the present application, Investigating Agency has already filed police report under Section 173 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure vide Final Report No. 22 of 2016 dated 18.02.2016 holding the allegations made in the FIR to be "mistake of fact".
