JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned senior counsel for the informant and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 472, 504, 506/34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the informant paid Rs.
40,70,000/- in installments for execution of a sale deed with regard to the land. The agreement was entered into between the informant and Shashi Bhushan Singh and Malti Devi. It is alleged against the petitioners that whenever the informant told to execute the sale deed then Malti Devi and Shashi Bhushan and the accused persons being the cousin of Shashi Bhushan threatened the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10002 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 informant.
Considering the thrust of accusation is against Malti and Shashi Bhushan and statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Arrah in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 97 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
